Book Your Day

Let’s chat about your vision and get your VIP Day on the calendar! After our quick discovery call, you’ll reserve your date with a 50% deposit and we’ll start bringing your vision to life.

Make sure you’re leaving yourself 2-4 weeks to do some prep work before your big day.

STEP 2

Strategy & Prep

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a welcome email from me. Inside, you’ll find all the info about your prep work and how to get started.

We’ll kick off your project with a 1-hour strategy call where we deep dive into your business and create a strategic plan for making your vision a reality.

STEP 3

Your VIP Day

On your day, we’ll communicate via text message and Google chat. You can expect lots of quick back-and-forth messages as I work on your project and we nail down your design together.

While it’s a very collaborative day, you will not need to be on the phone or Zoom all day.

STEP 4

Support

After we’ve completed our day together, I’ll share some Loom video tutorials with you and you’ll have 30 days of support on anything related to the work we did during your VIP day.

You’ll also be able to compile a punch list of any small tweaks you’d like to make.

You have questions. I have answers.

Q: What can we actually get done in a day?

We will review your VIP Day requests & agree on what can get done in the day. There are so many options depending on your needs and priorities.

Q: What if my project doesn't get completed in a day?

Sometimes it can take more than one VIP day to get everything done. That’s why I encourage you to schedule a quick discovery call so I can give you my best estimate, but the amount of work we can get done in a day really depends on how prepared you are ahead of time and how thoroughly you complete the prep work, as well as how responsive you are on the actual VIP day.

Q: What if I need to reschedule my day?

Just give me at least 7 days advance notice and we can reschedule your day to any future date within the next 90 days from the initial booking.

Q: Do I have to be on Zoom the entire day?

Not at all! We’ll hop on Zoom at the start of our day together to go over all the project details. On the actual VIP Day we may hop on Zoom to share screens and collaborate, but we won’t need to stay connected the whole time, since we’ll be able to communicate via Google Chat or Facebook Messenger.

Q: How much time do I get for the day?

You get 7 hours of undivided attention for the day. We also have 1 hour on our preparation day as well as a 1 hour follow-up for revisions, etc. after our VIP Day.

Q: What happens after the VIP Day? I'm afraid to maintain the tech for my website.

No worries! My mission is to empower you with your tech so you never feel stuck in your business or afraid to make tweaks to your own website. Following your VIP Day, I'll provide you with a video summary of how you can make simple edits. I'll also provide you with 30 days of FREE tech support should you run into any problems. If you find you need even more support going forward, I do offer ongoing paid maintenance plans.
